Everything in a nutshell
Here you’ll find everything you need to know in a nutshell to ensure you enjoy a stress-free stay here at Apartment Sarlo in St. Anton.
Arrival and departure
On the day you get here, your holiday apartment will be available from 3pm. If you are likely to arrive after 6pm, please just let us know. On your day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10am at the latest.
Prices
All prices are in euros including VAT and apply per person per night excluding tourist tax.
Booking confirmation
The booking is only valid after receipt of the booking confirmation and payment of the deposit.
Short stay supplement
We charge a short stay surcharge for short stays of up to 3 nights. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Payment on site
You have the option of paying your bill from home by bank transfer or on site in cash, by EC card or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
Tourist tax
The tourist tax in St. Anton is €5.00 per person per night for guests aged 15 and over.
Parking spaces
Each apartment has 1 parking space. We are happy to provide additional parking spaces on request (€10 per car/day).
Dogs
We thank you for your understanding that, out of consideration for our other guests and allergy sufferers, dogs are not allowed.
Ski room and bicycle storage room
Of course, there is a safe place for you to store both your ski equipment and bikes on site. We also offer e-bike enthusiasts the opportunity to charge their bikes at our establishment.
Grocery shops & restaurants
You will find 3 grocery shops near our apartments (Billa, M-Preis and Spar). There are also several restaurants in St. Anton, ranging from down-to-earth grub to gourmet delicacies. Here you can find the complete directory of catering services in St. Anton.
Valley stations for the cable cars
The valley stations for the cable cars are located in the village centre, as are the shops and restaurants.
Public bus lines
The public bus stops right in front of our establishment. In winter, the free ski bus runs to the village and Nassereinbahn cable car every 30 minutes. In summer, hiking and village buses run every hour and take you to the village centre, the cable car stations and throughout the entire valley.

Cancellations
Cancellations are only valid in written form and will be charged as follows:
Up to 3 months before your planned arrival: can be cancelled free of charge
1 to 3 months before your planned arrival: 40% of the total price
1 week to 1 month before your planned arrival: 70% of the total price
During the final week before your planned arrival: 90% of the total price
We charge 100% of the total price for cancellations made 1 day before your planned arrival or no-shows.
Travel insurance
If something should go wrong and the booked holiday has to be cancelled at short notice, it’s good to have cancellation insurance. We recommend taking out Hotel Cancellation Plus or the comprehensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance (incl. accident benefits) to cover cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue).
